As an intern at Doblin Monitor Group I worked with a team of designers to create a retail business in the US for a telecom company that had no experience in retail nor a presence in the US. This was a transformational project for the client company, similar to when Apple Computer entered the retail business. I participated in the middle stages of the process: doing interviews, analyzing research video, framing insights, and exploring concepts.
